Focus

Focus makes me Fabulous!

That's what FLYLADY says..... it's so true in so many layers. Recently, I have been trying to focus not physical tasks, but mental foundation. What I really believe, or should believe, and what I am suppose to believe, How I am suppose to think.

I think negative mentality coming from outward and inward are mostly just useless and get in the way of me being my best. So no matter how hard it might be, I just have to get rid of those thoughts. That's where focus comes in. I must focus on truth, and ignore the negativity.
